Becks - The Worlds First Playable Poster

When Becks teamed up with New Zealand music month, they wanted to bring something unorthodox to the table (or the streets in this case). So, the worlds first playable poster was born. The posters are made with conductive ink and special sensors that react to human touch like an iPad screen would, with audio coming from a rear-mounted speaker. They posters were a hit, in reality the main challenge was to keep the poster in the public arena without having them stolen before people could see them. 

My role on this project was as the Lead Content Creative, Copywriter and Director, working for Shine LTD. I was part of the creative team behind the poster led by Creative Technologist Matt Tizard and Creative Director Lucien Law. My other role on this campaign was to create commercial, digital and PR films to support the launch of the poster and generate media hype. Generate hype we certainly did, the campaign has won numerous accolades world wide.
